    The sculpture is made of non-magnetic metal. The sculpture is a copy of the monument to Peter the Great in the city of St. Petersburg, Russia popularly known as the Medny Vsadnik (Monument of Peter the Great) - a monument to Peter I on Senate Square in St. Petersburg by sculptor Falcone. Its opening took place on August 7 (18), 1782, during the reign of the Russian Tsarina Catherine II
