This is the original artwork by Jack Higgins for his Chicago Sun-Times editorial cartoon dated 1994. This most likely refers to the assumption that the cold war had ended in 1991 with the dissolution of the Soviet Union. The artwork measures approx. 11-3/4" x 14-1/2". This is the original artwork that Jack Higgins created. The artwork is in good condition - there are a few small marks/smudges/ light dirt on the art - there are layout editor notes written along the bottom edge - you can see where the artist made some alterations as he crafted his work - there are some stray ink marks along the lower right border. A NICE, ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECE OF EDITORIAL ARTWORK THAT WOULD LOOK GREAT FRAMED! When packed, this will ship at the 2 pound rate - check the postage calculator.
