Allen-Bradley Oil Tight Limit Switch "Bulletin 802T" with Type "G" Head.
I'm helping my father-in-law clean out his workshop.  I found this A-B Limit Switch in a drawer filled with misc. electrical connectors.
I don't know much about electrical devices but know A-B is industrial. I didn't try and fill in the electrical specs eBay lists when posting this type of item. Instead I've taken pictures from all sides and of the info plate. Hopefully that will be enough for someone who is looking for one of these. When I rotate the adjustable wheeled lever it makes a clicking sound which I assume is the contact being made.
