    Antique Vintage STEAM GAUGE & LANTERN CO. - S.G.& L. CO. SYRACUSE. N.Y. U.S.A. "BUCKEYE" TUBULAR Kerosene Oil Barn RR Dash Lantern Lamp.
    The lantern measures about 19 inches tall with the handle up and 13 1/2 inches tall with the handle down, 5 7/8 inches across the bottom.  The lantern is in very nice condition, strong and sturdy with no rusted through holes or repairs.  No dents or dings to speak off and no splits or cracks.  The thumbscrew works properly and the wick goes up and down.  The globe measures about 6 5/8 inches tall, 3 3/8 inches across the bottom and 2 3/4 inches across the top.  No cracks or large chips on the globe or bullseye.
