Gorgeous Dietz Monarch lantern 1950's with red glass globe. Nice brown finish with surface rust only, very little wear. You really don't see these lanterns in this good of shape. Lovely patina.
Has a nice long handle for easy carrying, and works perfectly... This old fashioned lamp is in wonderful condition.
The red globe is stamped by Dietz Monarch Fitzall Loc Nob. No chips or cracks in the glass.
The cap moves easily to refill with your oil/kerosene. The globe is easy to move to change the wick when need be.
The finish of the lantern is brown in color with very little, if any wear. The only spots of blemish are on the bottom.
The total height with handle is 19". Not including handle is 13 1/2". The red globe is 7" high.
