    Description

    Dietz Lantern Blizzard No. 2 with a globe marked, “ Fitzall NY USA, 94H Loc-Nob Reg’d in U.S.A. “. There are inscribed patent marks on the side arm with the last number appearing to be a “48”. I cleaned the item only where the marks would be and then stopped to avoid damaging the lantern. There is paint spray can type spots on the lantern as pictured. Wick actuator works along with globe raiser. Top also lifts up to remove globe. There was a very small amount of fuel in tank which I emptied so there is fuel residue odor. The fuel cap has part of the scalloped edge missing. Bottom is in good solid condition as it was stored on a wood shelf. 15” tall excluding handle and 7 5/8” diameter base.
