    Description

    Japanese Rare, Antique, Gunpowder Box, Matchlock with
    family crest 'Miki in a circle'.
    It was used as a family crest by the Owaki clan of the Sugawara clan and the Kato clan of the Fujiwara clan.
    Gunpowder = gunpowder needed to fire a guns.
    In those days, it was tied to the breastplate of armor during wartime.
