    New-Tech Electric Rotary Cutter Model WD-3.  Lightly used and comes with original box, owners manual, 2 additional blades.  Originally purchased from Goldstar Tool.  See their listing link below for additional specs.  This model requires electricity and can cut through up to 20 layers of fabric.  Original used for leather working and was able to cut through 1.5" of leather thickness.
