Original USSR Ministry Art Guide, this was the guide that artists had to follow when creating artwork that showed the various ministry medals, including various Lenin medals, medals from the oil industry, engineering, agriculture, military and more. The back of the cover/protector says 1978. Each page is 17 inches tall by 22 inches wide. The cover page that protects the inside pages has rips on the seam (seen in second picture), all of the inside pages are in excellent shape. The inside pages were never bound, which is makes it easy to display each page. There is the cover page and 12 inside pages.
