Description

In the early 1990s, after the Soviet Union dissolved into the Russian Federation, they were liquidating military overstock by mail order catalogs to the West.
This steel flask is wrapped in a leather cozy with a plastic medallion commemorating sub warfare during the Great Patriotic War (WWII) 1941 - 1945.
The plastic has a bit of wear but no cracks or chipping. There's a gap between screw top an body suggesting there may at once have been a tab linking the two. The rubber seal inside the screw top isn't glued in so sometimes pops out. But cap fits tightly with no leaks.
