Description
Up for your consideration Russian Soviet post revolution 1921 propaganda plate by M. Adamovich after N. Altman, executed by A.T (initials in Cyrillic). The plate depicting slogan 'He who does not work does not eat', painted with ration cards, Cyrillic RSFSR and the red star printed over a fading half eagle, with the slogan inscribed irregularly around the borderMarked on the bottom with blue overglaze mark of hammer, sickle and cog, dated 1921. The plate has small production defects which is not uncommon at that time. The plate measures 9 3/8” in diameter and 1 2/8” high. Please, look at the pictures as they are part of the description.
