Up for auction is a very nice Russian(Soviet Union) rating's naval hat. Hat is in excellent condition but very small in size. There is no size tag inside. It measures 6" across. Hat has the traditional black ribbon tally with the name of the fleet in gold and at the ends are the gold anchors.Hat comes with the Soviet gold and red insignia which is in great shape. A real nice addition to any collection or student of the Soviet Union. Please look closely at the photos as they are part of the overall description of the hat. The stand is not included in the sale only the hat.
