Vintage Consew 508 Tuffy Portable Electric Rotary power Shear Fabric Cutter. shipped USPS or UPS. (R)
Power shear is functional and works as is. Can cut as is, but would recommend either sharpening the blade or a new blade. Does show signs of wear, as to be expected with a vintage piece. Scratches and blemishes, as well as some surface rust. Cord needs attention in two areas. Please see pictures for detailed condition of cord and Cutter.
