Vintage Eastman Chickadee Electric Rotary Handheld Fabric Cloth Cutter. I have plugged this item in and it does power on. The blade does spin. No other testing has been done. AS-IS The cord has been repaired and there are some slits in it.
There is NO ON/OFF switch on this item.
