The pennant is new, just stored in a folded state (this can be seen in the photo). On the 6th photo, you will probably see 4-5 small spots (if you see, because they are very small, perhaps from tea, or another product, I did not clean it, and I did not notice it right away).
The Pennant depicts the Monument to the Worker and Peasant Woman, the inscription - We will come to the victory of communist labor! On the other side is the coat of arms of the USSR, the Kremlin building in Moscow, and the inscription - To the best seller, the winner in the socialist competition. This indicates that the owner was a trade worker (for example, a Director or seller of a store, market, etc.).
By purchasing this lot, you get a piece of the history of the once great superpower of the USSR, which no longer exists, given the subject is no longer produced, every day they become less and less.
