    Description

    This very cute Maine Coone kitten was decoupaged on a natural slice of wood to create this great plaque.  It is labeled "The Woodmill", Arnot Mall and "GT 52", "made in USA" and something else I can't make out.
    It measures about 5.5 inches tall from the longest points and approximately 3 3/4 inches wide across the center, a nice small size that can fit in many spaces.
    I don't know the age of the piece, but would estimate the 1970's, as decoupage was all the rage back then.  The Arnot Mall is located in Big Flats, New York and no longer has a store called the Woodmill, but it opened in 1967, and this may have been one of the original stores.
    The plaque is in good vintage condition.  The decoupage surface is shiny and the natural wood on back has no chips, cracks or gouges; the wood slice is in good condition.  The hanging loop is intact and sturdy.  See photos for more details.
