You are buying a vintage Soviet flagpole topper, featuring a star, and a communist hammer and sickle. It is made of steel alloy and measures approx. 9.5" x 3.3" (24 x 8.5 cm), the flagpole diameter is approx. 1.2" (3 cm). It has Soviet price markings from the 1960s (1 ruble 20 kopeks).
