All-Rounder Versatile Size:
The Wilderness Cruiser is designed to be the optimal all-rounder paddle board for all riders, both beginner and experienced. Flat-water cruisers should have at least a 30-32" base for stability, and a 10'6" height for adults weighing between 110 and 242 pounds. A larger board will take more time to pump up with little added benefit when cruising in this weight range.
Optimal Thickness:
The Wilderness Cruiser is 6" thick. Why is this important?
Unlike 4" or 5" thick boards, 6" keeps you high and dry when you paddle with a single rider, and causes minimal water overflow onto the deck with double riders. This is perfect if you want to stay drug while paddling in winter water, or glacial lakes. It also helps to keep you afloat when paddling with pets, kids, or additional riders.
'Surf' kick:
The up-turn nose at the front of the board assist when riding in calm oceans, easily bobbing over small waves.
