This small pillow was handmade using needle felting
wool roving and a sewing machine. The wool roving was needle
felted onto medium sized woven
fabric.
That is then felted all together onto 100% wool
fabric.
The use of gorgeous subtle hues is artistically blended
by carefully pulling and brushing the
wool to blend the r
ight colors.
The roving is from various species of animals
ie, sheep, alpaca, curls and exotic fibers
Each piece takes hours to create. Carefully working the plain
wool roving into a painting
.
This
