"HMMM-ICE CREAM ANYONE?" This unique piece features the African Grey Parrot. The bird is made of bisque and measures about 12" from head to tail. He is cast by hand and then completely re-sculpt to fit this piece. It is then kiln fired, entirely painted by hand and accessorized. The grey has glass eyes with skin-like lids, tipped feathers and is EXTREMELY REALISTIC as he sits on the huge syrup jar contemplating the treats that could be paired with it. The Hershey's syrup jar is also made of bisque. It is hand painted and glazed inside and out for food safety. It is 8" x 7" (not including bird). This Functional Art is signed and dated and is ONE OF A KIND and will never be duplicated.
