    Description

    The badge "Excellence in Socialist Competition of the People's Commissariat for Construction" is a departmental insignia of the People's Commissariat for Construction of the USSR (formed on May 29, 1939, abolished on January 19, 1946, on its basis the NK for the construction of heavy industry enterprises of the USSR, NK for the construction of military and military sea enterprises of the USSR and NK for the construction of fuel enterprises of the USSR). The regulation on the badge was approved by the People's Commissar for Construction S.Z. Ginzburg on December 26, 1939.
